This was a great read. Over and over again I kept questioning what was actually going on in this book. I had to keep reading to find out! It was great!
How many of us really know what's inside us when looking into a mirror? This book takes you into the life of a woman who is struggling with unresolved issues of grief, abandonment and her faith journey. The many twists and turns of the main character keeps you glued and aching to help her. A must read.
What a refreshing read! It is a page turner and stirs a searching heart to deeper personal inquiry. Each person has hidden desires,feelings, dreams and often deep troubling moments in the journey to find peace, joy and hope. This writing is one woman's struggle.It touches areas of fear, trust, commitment and acceptance in her evolving spiritual journey. I found it engrossing and read it in one sitting.
I found the book to be very captivating and hard to put down. The mysteries deepen as the story progresses, compelling you to read on. The main character's misperceptions of reality forced me to ponder how much of what I perceive in my world is reality and what isn't. Something all of us struggle with from time to time. I also liked the blend of the characters' experiences in Midwestern and Southwestern settings. This book is definitely worth readng.
